Through all of the years I’ve spent on this earth and the hundreds of people I’ve met, Claire is by far one of the happiest person I’ve had the chance to meet. She’s the reason why I like yoga so much now, and why it’s such an important part of my life. In her class, I feel supported, valued and cared for. It feels like a cocoon, a safe place. There’s a deep sense of belonging, without any competition, comparison or any other possible flaws fitness classes can have sometimes. After every lesson, I feel more powerful, more balanced. I like this new me Claire has helped develop and secure through gentle advice and understanding. This is a sign of great teaching: when you know you can make mistakes because this is the path to progress, when you learn at your own pace, when there are options for you to pick according to your level, and above all there is a total absence of judgment. Claire’s yoga classes are not just about yoga, they are about its philosophy too: balance, calm and openness to what the world has to offer with an appreciative mind.
